149.2 Walking Our Dogs in the Park in Summer

I lost .2 pounds yesterday. For exercise we walked the dogs a mile in the park. Here is a picture of all of us. I love how the dogs smile at the unmanned camera just because we do!

That cart to my right is what Scott takes around to collect aluminum cans. He has a reacher that he uses to get them out of the garbage bins without having to touch them.

We walk in this same park almost every day, but each day is different. New people are there with their dogs. If we go early there aren't any people, but the squirrels are out. If it has rained recently there are puddles and the grass is soaking wet. Different neighbors are out in their yards that border the park each time: working on their cars, having yard sales, running through their sprinklers, or barbequing.

Here is what I ate yesterday:

Special K and organic soy milk
1/4 cup peanut M&Ms
Bean and cheese burrito and salsa
1/4 cup peanut M&Ms
Apple, 2T peanut butter, dark choc chips
Steamed broccoli with lentil soup
1/4 cup peanut M&Ms
10 corn tortilla chips
